How has working at factor10 challenged your thinking?
Can my seemingly impossible goal be achieved if we approach it in another way? The ‘to the core’ culture in factor10 is to excel, in big things as well as small. Working here means I’m always asking myself ‘How can things be improved?’ Our culture is constantly challenging my way of thinking.
How do you recharge after a busy day?
My most efficient way to re-charge is to take a 5km run in the nearby park, Ronneby Brunnspark. Physical activity and nature are a combination that always delivers.
What’s the best feedback you’ve received from a client or teammate?
"Cissi, you have an amazing ability to create results with high quality and also consistently and over time". This feedback was important to me because this is what I care about the most, and they’re seeing it too.
If you had to sum up what keeps you here in one sentence, what would it be?
Both factor10 and I value high-quality results.
Who has a secret talent, and what is it?
Andreas can fly, as a pilot in a sport plane of course :)
