Cecilia is responsible for internal events and finances at factor10. With 13 years at the company, she knows it in depth and has valuable insights into most of what is going on. At factor10 Cecilia makes everyday life flow with as little friction as possible. Previously she worked at RISE, and UIQ. At factor10 she appreciates the variety, the innovative perspectives, the quick decision-making processes, and her colleagues.
