Andreas has great pedagogical ability and technical acumen, making him a great tech lead or mentor for a team. No problem is unsolvable and Andreas helps the team grow and increase its ability to deliver. Sharpness, enthusiasm, and humor are his three main characteristics. But also his ability to lift others and his empathy for the customer's situation. He has an admirable ambition to make society better, which does not just stop at good thoughts but is realized through e.g. volunteer efforts as a firefighter scout.

Andreas has worked at factor10 since 2018 where he appreciates his colleagues and their knowledge-sharing. Andreas has a master's degree in software engineering and has worked in everything from small start-ups to big public organizations. He is passionate about helping developers explore their skills.
